How is this different from the $49 advice?
The $49 service keeps your existing main furniture and arrangement, with one quick styling visual, colour guidance, three priorities and up to three product links. Room Refresh develops a new room concept with a mood board, personalised visual, furniture and décor choices, styling notes and up to eight links.
What happens after I book?
Complete the Room Refresh questionnaire, then reply to your order confirmation email with room photos and inspiration images. Keep your order number in the subject. Your five business day turnaround starts once your questionnaire, photos and required measurements are complete.
Do I need to replace everything?
No. We start with what you have and identify the changes that will make the biggest difference. Product purchases, styling and installation are up to you. Furniture and delivery costs are separate from the service fee.
What does the room visual show?
One AI assisted illustration to help you picture the styling direction. Colours, products and proportions are indicative. It is not a measured drawing or a guarantee of product fit. Check dimensions and samples before buying.
Does this include a full room design?
This package refreshes one existing room. It does not include a measured floor plan, joinery design, renovation drawings, multiple concepts, design revisions or ongoing sourcing. One clarification question helps you understand the delivered plan.
