Are your rugs washable?
Yes. All our rugs are designed to be washable and easy to care for, making them perfect for busy family homes. You can explore our full range of Washable Rugs here. 

What size rugs can fit in a washing machine?
Our standard sizes (140x200cm, 160x230cm and 150cm round) can be washed in most home machines depending on capacity. Larger rugs may require a laundromat.

How do I wash my rug?
We recommend a gentle cold wash. Avoid harsh detergents. After washing, dry your rug promptly and avoid leaving it sitting damp.

Can I tumble dry the rug?
Yes, on a low heat setting. Make sure the rug is dried fully before placing it back on the floor.

Do your rugs shed?
As with most cotton rugs, some light shedding can occur initially. This settles over time. Using an underlay and gentle vacuuming helps reduce this.

Are your rugs suitable for kids?

SIZE & STYLING

What size rug should I choose for a kids room?
A 140x200cm rug works well beside or under a bed. For larger rooms, a 160x230cm or 200x300cm helps anchor the whole space.

What size rug works under a bed?
Ideally, the rug should extend out from both sides and the foot of the bed. This creates a more balanced and finished look.

Can I use these rugs in living rooms?

Where do you ship from?
Our rugs are made to order and shipped directly to you.

How long does delivery take?
Production and dispatch usually takes 4–14 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping across Australia.

RETURNS

Can I return my rug?
We accept returns on standard sizes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return a custom size rug?
Custom rugs are made specifically for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

What if my rug arrives faulty?
If there is an issue with your rug, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
